I miss home!
I can't wait to go back to Mauritius for a visit. My sister got married and she hasn't set a date yet for the reception, which will hopefully take place in Mauritius. And then there's Carnival in June and July. I need to shed off a few pounds because hubby wants me to don the Dirty Diana costume! My mind is still toying with the idea of playing Mas for the Carnival. Be on your feet for a whole day while the sun's beating down on your head sounds like an insurmountable feat to me.
Anyway, it will be fun I'm sure, whatever I choose to do. This year, the band we're supporting is having an MJ theme! The costumes are sexy! Pictures coming soon!
It's been ages since I haven't published any post nor did I comment on any blog. I feel ashamed. My secret project is flying off its shizzle right now. I've decided to keep it a secret. It's best this way.

I am definitely looking forward to the wedding season! God, I love the food! And the women in saris! Not the fat ones though... :P
I can't make it in August either. Fasting season. I don't want to go to MU and have to starve myself. I miss home food. So it'll be after August!
And of course I'll have to eat 7 cari! Hehehe...

I have been busy getting bigger and doing nothing..good luck for ur weight loss! havent been working since jan and the time still seems to fly by so quick...cant believe its april already! my cuzin is getting married in End of july! I was so excited to be ther but i cant be..so will miss it...hop u can make it to ur sis's reception and have an absolute blast at the carnival as well!
Ah, moody belle, I hope your project really succeeds. As long as you have fun. I recently just blog about Taiwan and I know it bores some people. But that's also ok. I'm also reading less and commenting less, but it's because there's always something interesting going on here and I only have time to blog my own stuff :)
I wonder why whenever you mention Mauritius, I dream off on some amazing beaches and fruity cocktails. I desperately need a vacation!
